IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM CAPE FOX SUPPORT
The old Cape Fox ticketing system has been phased out and is no longer accepting support tickets.
If you had an open ticket on the old system, you'll need to re-open it on the new one.
New tickets can be entered at the new site (here). Sign in with your Cape Fox email ID and email/network password
If you've already activated your account, you can also send email to email@example.com to open a new ticket.
If you haven't activated your account, you'll be prompted to complete the form.
signing in, you should be redirected to the new Support page.
If not, just click the "Cape Fox Shared Services" icon.
- Enter your personal email address (Gmail, Hotmai, Yahoo, etc)
- Enter a security question and answer
- Enter your mobile number, then enter the verification code you receive
- Choose a security image.
